Senator Romano moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for Senate Bill No. 330 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §33-6A-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to automobile liability insurers’ duty to provide a policyholder ten business days notice of an insurer’s intent to cancel an automobile liability insurance policy if the reason for cancellation is nonpayment of a premium.
